6 Easy Ways to Integrate Meditation

zenBelow are six easy ways I have researched, tried, and can testify to. Try them out and let me know how it works for you or if there are any ways I didn’t list that you practice.

Connection

Remember you are connected to something much bigger. The earth, others around you, and the spiritual balance. Take time as little as sixty seconds throughout the day to close your eyes, breathe, and focus on your breath. When life is going at a billion miles per hour, it’s important to take the time to calm yourself and rationalize your time.

Forgiveness

We are all humans with strengths and weaknesses. Make sure to forgive yourself for the goals not achieved or the decisions made that have not been the best. Make sure to forgive others who have wronged you. Keep the peace within yourself, move forward, and maintain happiness.

Visualizing

Take time to visualize where you want to be in 1-3-5 years. Develop the goals so they are specific, measurable, attainable, realistic, and timely. Create a visualization board or place post-it notes in strategic places. Make sure it’s somewhere you can constantly be reminded of where you want to be. It’s important to take strides towards your goal, even if they are baby steps.

Daily Intention

Take time at the end of your day to reflect how you did and what your intentions are for the next day. Maybe write out one big win for the day and three goals. Have a plan, but don’t feel defeated if the plan goes astray.

Gratitude

Focus on the positive. You will be amazed at the power of positivity and how it can transform your life. Remember how lucky you are. There are always positives even if the day might seem dreary. Take time to realize your blessings. Positive thinking is magnetic and will bring better outcomes.

Blessing

Whoever you pray to or get your energy from. Ask for blessing in the form of luck or guidance or however might help you during the day to get you closer and closer to your final goal.

XOXO,
